Video of Ben crying

Here is the short video of Ben's sweet cry.

I also have to add that I made a couple of mistakes on the post yesterday. Suz came home from the hospital on Sunday. I knew yesterday that she had come home the day before, but I thought yesterday was Sunday, not Monday! Also, Suzanne and I were standing in front of Savannah, not Andrew. This video should come up shortly if it's not already up. Hope you enjoy!

  3. What a sweet little cry he has...Suz,I know one of the most difficult things is to keep yourself from snatching that baby up and comforting them like your mommy instincts tell you to. You will be on round the clock cares in the NICU with those babies in no time!
    God bless,
    Casey

  5. Precious. Thank you so much for that update, Lauren. I am just so amazed at how beautiful and tiny and healthy they all are! God is miraculous and overwhelming in His love and protection, isn't He? I hear Ben's weak little cry and see those tiny little hands and I think of this..."But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness..." 2 Corinthians 12:9

Those little babies are so strong pulling on those darn wires and tubes off them!! When my nephew was in the NICU he ripped out his own chest tube and then the next day ripped out his own vent. He wanted to go home!

Thanks for sharing your babies with us!!

  31. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Can't you almost hear his cute voice saying, "Mommy, here's a little show to show you I'm the cutest, and don't forget it!" Treasure these moments and KEEP THAT VIDEO CAMERA GOING! As much as you think you'll remember all of these moments, they will soon be a distant memory. Hugs from a total stranger and loyal reader...

  38. Oh how sweet!! I love the sound of newborns. You don't know how much that brings back memories. My guys are going to be 4 this Sunday and listening to that video just brought back a ton of memories. And him trying to pull out his tubes!! My guys always were doing that! Savanna will have all the nurses wrapped around her finger. Madyson sure did. They all did but Madyson was the last to come home so she really had them all feeding out of her little hands. I am so glad they are doing so well. I hope you are feeling better. Someday we will have to meet. We have a lot in common. Take care and you guys are still in my prayers.
