The Steece quaddies have been enjoying the beautiful Spring weather lately. I've had them outside as much as possible and they just LOVE running around. It is SO fun to watch--seriously warms my heart. I've always dreamed of the day that I could watch my children running and playing in our backyard. (Warning: LOTS of pics!)
"Liddle-E" (little Ethan)
Boo Bear (pre-haircut) and yes, they are always in the same clothes because we have officially (almost) grown out of everything we own! Time to hit those Outlet Malls and consignment shops! (Oh Joy!)
Ben..."Hmmm...I wonder if this is edible?"
Drew is inspecting the grass...also wondering if this is a tasty treat.
Ethan and the boys LOVE chasing Shiloh around!
Little Savi-wee-wee
It is SO neat to watch the bond between Benny and Sav. They are closer than the identicals! They just "get" each other. Sav loves to point at Ben with the biggest smile on her face (eyes squinting) and says: "BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNN!" She loves him so much!
Savannah playing with the ball...
Ben grabbing her ball away from her
Ben proudly displaying his prize to Mama...what an evil look! Benjamin Stephen, you be nice! (Poor little Sav looks so defeated--but don't let that innocent face fool you! She is feisty when it comes to her toys and usually has the boys in tears on a daily basis! lol)
A pathetic attempt at all four sitting, smiling, and showing their love for each other! (Sav, Drew, Ben, Ethan)
Another day, more time to play (in our PJ's)! Sav is desperately trying to take off her braces...
Group photo attempt, round 2: Ben and Savannah are fascinated with the Crocs and E & A just want to get the heck outta there! (Andrew, Ethan, Benjamin, & Savannah)
Chillin' in the breeze
My little burst of sunshine every day---Andrew Paul
Monkey girl pointing at the "dahhhhhg"
Playtime over--time to head inside (the kiddies haven't quite figured out that step yet!) with Shiloh directing traffic.
Yet another day of play--princess and her Daddy
Benny boy (Post-haircut by yours truly! Don't look too closely!)
Sweet little Ethan going for a ride!
Now Drew is checking out the mulch...cute little booger!
Grandma Steece joining the crew for some fun in the sun!
Sweet little Sav
Kate lovin' on Drew
Joe "tackling" the twins...the boys LOVE being chased around by Dad.
Ben's turn
Andrew still LOVES to be upside down...my little monkey!
Dad going over some football plays with the little dudes--starting early! haha. Joe's been doing this since they could crawl and they would just squeel and take off down the halls...they LOVE it.
Grandma Steece with Benny boy
Ethan is seeing what Shiloh is up to...
And the little "Queen Bee" of the household taking a ride on her faithful servant's shoulders
Boy-'O-Boy, baby girl...you have got your Daddy completely WRAPPED around your wee little pinky finger! LOVE it!
I hope sunshine and good weather is filling your hearts and homes as well!!!
Much love,

LOVE THAT PICTURE OF SAV AND DADDY!! LOVE IT!! Just melted my heart!!!
Suz, this post is adorable on so many levels. I think it might be my favorite ever. All four walking, the 2 attempts at a group photo (that NEVER get's easier lol), Kate, the slide! Awww, I could go on and on!
Isn't it great to get outside and feel "normal!?!!" I hope Sprig comes fast!!
I love you with all YOUR heart!
XOXO

Living the great outdoors thru you as we are having another turn of cold! So much to look forward to. LOVE all the pictures!!
I love all the pictures! I can't believe how big they are getting. Your backyard is nice and huge- a great place for four little ones to run and burn off extra energy.
If you are looking for good outdoor toys, Target had a bunch of things on sale. I bought my 4 year old niece an inflatable pool with hundreds of balls to make a ball pit in the back yard for about $40.00. They also had little hippity hops too!
p.s. It is great to Sav walking!!!
The perfect distraction for a dull afternoon of interview prep. They are all so gorgeous and growing up SO fast!!
x
Oh, I can't wait 'til KS is warm enough for shorts and crocs!
Thanks for all the great pics, Suz...they're awesome. I think I've had enough Steece Sweetness to get me by for a day or two!
Love ya!
Moni
p.s. The Graf Quads get to play all day in their pj's, too. Glad we're not alone.
Clara considered calling CPS this morning when I wouldn't let her go outside and play on her slide in the 40 degree weather and rain (and in the dark on top of that)! I opened the back door to show her all of this evidence and she darted out anyway! BIG aligator tears when I brought her back in side. I'm such a mean mommy!
Glad y'all are having fun outside! Spring is just around the corner!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, Suz. Warms my heart better than hot chocolate, which is STILL the drink of choice here in the 30 degree Hoosierland. I LOVE all these pics/video soooooo much. Keepers for life! =)
Consider yourself, Joe, and the quaddies SQUEEZED. =)
OXOX,
Jen-Jen
I can't wait for some good weather! Looks like you had a lot of fun!

it is a delight to watch the way God has grown your family! the smiles on each of your faces let the world know what a loving family you all must be.

I found your blog linked on one of my friend's blogs and have so enjoyed checking back often! I can relate (well, almost!) to having little ones home with me. I have a 4 year old, a 3 year old and a 10 month old. Life is hectic, but so blessed! I also love seeing all the A&M references on your blog too, I'm class of '03 and my husband is class of '01. Gig 'em!
My blog is set to private, but if you have any spare time (yeah, right!!) and want to check it out, you can email me at jenniferpogue@hotmail.com and I can add ya! :) It was great to see your adorable kiddos outside! Take care!

Exploring the outdoors...what a cute post! The pictures are adorable! Your family is amazing!
I'm so glad you are able to enjoy the beautiful weather....they sure love to be outside, huh?
Hello Suz, this is my first time commenting as well! I just thought that since the kiddos are outgrowing their clothes you could go garage sailing! I love buying 'new' clothes for my little ones! With 4 you could get quite a lot for your money!
I love the pics! Keep them coming....
I found your blog through a great friend of mines blog from high school. I believe you and her have a mutual friend, so I hope you don't mind me peeking in on you once in a while!
They are getting SO big! Amazing. Looks like they're having a great time. Enjoy her, Joe, my "Daddy's Baby Girl" is almost 17! She is amazing lately and being used by God in miraculous ways! Check out my blog, IF you ever have a spare moment! lol :)
Thank you for posting all the pictures - I love them! Your family has come such a long way in the last 2 years. What a joy!
LOVE all the pic's! They are getting SO big! It's funny how Ben & Sav have that connection. My non-identicals have that as well. They love on oneanother & look out for each other just as much as Aave & Linz do! Happy Spring!
