Weekend Pics and Brand New Kicks!

Thank you Grandpa and Grandma Steece! We finally bought the quads their first tennis shoes with your Finish Line gift card from their birthday! (I know...its been a WHILE, but they haven't really needed shoes until now) How cute are they?!? I just love little kids/baby shoes (Well, any shoe for that matter)!

Little Drew trying on his kicks for the first time

Just wanna squeeze 'em...so cute...couldn't stop giggling! (Joe and I have the same New Balance shoes- minus the velcro of course! LOL) My BIG boys!

Savannah---going on 18 yrs here...and this cell phone was the fight of the weekend! It is SO difficult bringing only ONE toy home for the rest to share! Mama should have known better...(so Granna and Papa went out and bought 3 more just to diffuse the mayhem!)

Sweet pic of Savannah and her Papa

Goofy Ben...love this face!

Me and Sav as she grabs for the camera---she thinks it is SO neat to see herself on the digital camera screen, so we were playing around...THANK GOODNESS FOR DIGITAL CAMERAS! Love 'em!

Savannah is also fascinated with zippers---Granna's outfit kept her occupied for a while!

Sweet little Ethan---dreaming of running around outside after days and days of freezing, cold rain and nasty weather.

Benny holding on to Mommy's legs as she tried to walk...I couldn't stop laughing!

LOVE this kid's smile...LOVE IT. Sweet Drew.

Hooray for new shoes!!! And those faces! What cuties! I can't believe how much S looks like B in that picture of the two of you. I had to do a double take!

Suz, what's wrong with adults wearing velcro shoes?! Ha, JK! Love the kiddies new kicks (in all their velcro glory).

I can't get over how much Sav looks like Ben in your self-portrait! What a couple of beautiful ladies in that Steece House.

Also, loved the St.Patrick's day post. Totally understand when the kids just aren't digging the whole "group picture" times. It was still an adorable pic with even cuter captions.

Love ya!

Hey Suzanne. We've never met, but I came across your blog through someone at church (we go to NYA CofC in Arlington) and my husband and I are both Aggies. Just wanted to say that I really enjoy reading about you guys. Also, thanks for your post last week about things to do around here. I read through all of the comments and have taken my kids to River Legacy park and the Botanic Garden this week and we've had a blast! Hope you guys have a great week.

Cute shoes and even cuter babies!

I just wanted to tell you that I posted a lot of pictures on my blog from the park in Grapevine that I told you about in my "what to do with kids around the metroplex" comment. I think it would be an easy-ish, fun place for you to take the babies! It is a little busier than usual this week with kids being out of school for Spring Break, but it still wasn't bad. Next week and beyond should be great!

Have a great day!!!

Hope your winter is wrapping up - then you get to get out and get humid! Thanks for the aquarium pics... we are driving from AZ to Tyler in April and now are going to stop at that aquarium... they should give you a kick back for our admission! Ha...

Oh the babies...they are just a growin' up. =( But super exciting at the same time. So many GREAT times ahead, Miss Suz. Gets better and better and better. Thank goodness you won't be crapped inside during the almost 2's. Love the new kicks. I have some similar ones and today on our walk, this guy was chattin' with me and said he liked my shoes and asked if i was a "runner". HA! I'll take that as a compliment. I chuckled and told him only in my pastlife, now I just push around 100 lbs of stroller and call it a good work out. =)
Love you, sugar!

Suz,

I am a long time member of McMoms and have a question for you regarding your diaper brigade. Could you email me privately at shillberry@valornet.com. The husband of a McMom's member, Misty Whitchurch, has Hodgkins Lymphoma and is currently undergoing chemo. All of their family lives out of state and she is really overwhelmed right now. But because his immune system has been destroyed, it is difficult to farm the twins out to stay at home McMoms and risk illness. This should be a farily short duration and wondered if any of your fab helpers might consider spending some time to help her for a few weeks. I know it is a lot to ask, but never hurts to try! Thanks,

Syndi

No idea where y'all are living now or if you even remember me from Aggieland, Class of '01...I was in ASC & my hubby was in BYX, but we always saw you in the 12th Man. Anyway, I've been home on disability for the last year or so due to epilepsy and brain surgery and have loved keeping up with y'all. If Tx would let me drive I would be over spending time with y'all in a heart beat. It would be fun to catch up in the 2 free seconds you have each day.

Suzanne, I found your blog through a friend's blog a while back. I have loved keeping up with you and your sweet family! Your kids are absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are going through infertility issues and I wanted you to know that the Lord has used you and your story to encourage me so much! So...keep posting! He is using the story He created for your sweet family to reach others. Thank you for sharing your life!
