WOW!

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!

I always knew I had the BEST blogger buddies in the world! You really out-did yourselves. What incredibly creative people you are! SHEESH!

It is going to take me a while to get through all of these. They were ALLLLLLL so creative and FANTASTIC! You sure don't make it easy for a gal---Bear with me! I will put a blog poll where you can choose from my favorites as soon as I can...

This is a BIG week for us!

Today, I'm taking Sav back to the doctor to make sure she is clear of infection and to schedule her renal sonogram/etc.

Thursday, Feb. 28th marks the ONE YEAR anniversary when we found out we were having quads! (Oy vey, that was a fun post! READ HERE!)

Saturday, Mar. 1st is our FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! WOO HOO! (I could write a WHOLE long post about the man I love--and will try to) Joe planned a romantic weekend getaway in Austin for the two of us. **Big thanks to the Steeces for watching over our little ones while we are away...and for Linda and the volunteers who will be staying over! We wouldn't be able to EVER go out if it wasn't for them!**

Sunday, Mar. 2nd is Joe's 29th birthday! (Yes, I know...he's an old man, but I won't tell him!)

SO....lots going on! Lots to do! I will be back as soon as I can! ;)

Hey, I've been following your blog since the babies were born. I took some time today to look through some of your older posts and found that ya'll are in the Arlington area and that Joe works for Mouser in Mansfield. Do you mind sending me an email I could email you at? I would love to email you and ask some questions. Thanks!

Happy Anniversary week! My husband and I have learned the importance of getting away from our little one every once in a while. It's easy to lose sight of being wife when we are so busy being mommy. I hope Savannah's doing better.

Suz,

I really enjoyed reading the post when you found out about the quads...I can't imagine the feelings that day! I would have panicked myself, but can you imagine now having it any other way?

Good luck with Sav at the appt., and have a wonderful week enjoying your anniversary/Joe's birthday. Judging from the number of comments on the last post, I am surely not alone in saying that I will look forward to your coming back to the blog world when you are done!

Happy Anniversary! Have a fun weekend. That is great that you guys are getting a weekend away! Happy Birthday Joe, don't let Suz give you a hard time about turning 29!! I turn 34 on the 10th and I feel old, having quads tends to age you rather fast. LOL

I'll never forget the day we found out about ours. I remember watching Rick's face and watching the blood drain out of it. PRICELESS!! I laughed a lot that day and talked to GOD a LOT! We're so glad that the Lord decided to bless us with such a wonderful miracle and I'm sure you guys are too. Your family is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you for sharing your life with us. We love to keep up with your blog! God Bless, Jenn - momma of the herd

so, what is it like to have over 200 comments on your blog. Suz, you're a celebrity! I was just thinking about things today... can you believe all the kids we all have? I mean, our Fort Clark days are OVER. Sad, but true. But won't it be fun when we all get together one fine day... and all we'll be doing is running around after all the kiddos. I hope that day arrives! It would be a shame to not give our generation a chance to have as much fun as we had... ha!

Hi Suz,

I just found out we are having quads yesterday!! I will be using your blog on a daily basis to get ready for this:)

Suz,
How did they know that the identical twins you would've had regardless of the Clomid? Also, you said Joe 'was' a twin...does that mean he isn't anymore?

Hey Suzanne,

Long time reader of your blog. Don't know if you are aware or not, but today when I checked your blog there was an "inappropriate" advertisement at the top for hot college girls. With videos of girls kissing, etc. I know that you are not personally responsible for this, but thought you might want to take it off of your blog - yuck! Not too family friendly!
Sincerely, big fan of the steeces

Oh Suz!
Just read the day you found out and SOOOOOO related to that post! Although.. I had four sacs... and a LOT more medication! :):) You are strong and wonderful parents. You know I love you guys! Happy bday to Joe (29 isn't so bad- I'll be 30 in August)!! Happy 5th too! Our 5th is in July! We have FAR too much in common... wish we lived closer. Have a great get away!
XOXO
Gen :)

kristin,

the egg that split (making identical babies) would have spilt without clomid. Clomid just stimulates your ovaries.. it can't make them divide. With all the twins in Suz and Joe's pool it was bound to happen.

I met a girl at the Youth Ministry conference in Atlanta who gave me the address of your blog. She was pregnant and I was telling her how I was on Clomid. She proceeded to tell me about you and the quads and I FREAKED OUT..haha. I even told me RE about you and how I was concerned that this would happen to me. We just had our first ultrasound(we got pregnant the first round too) and there is only ONE baby! Your babies are beautiful and you and your husband must be so proud!

Well there goes my night! I found your page from your web designer friend as she is going to help me with a new page. Yeah, I found it around 5 pm and it's almost 11 pm. :) Except for some breaks to get my kids to bed, I've done nothing but sit on my couch and read your amazing story!! Wow! I am an identical twin and also had a baby in nicu for a while so I was drawn in from the start! Oh, and I have my own 'Ben', his name is Carter and he is a hoot! Ben's spunk will only get more amusing! Watch his closely! Ha! I'm so glad you are blogging it all--'online scrapbooks' are amazing aren't they? God Bless!

Hey Suz...not sure if you remember me or not (current nursing student at harding). We talked a while back, and I told all the teachers hi for you. I update them on yall from time to time :) Anyway, I was driving the boring drive home from Searcy today, and I occupied my time trying to think of names for the blog. I may be too late but I thought about a few.

4-ever Joyfully BleSSED... or

4-ever BlESSeD

I capitalized J for Joe, B for Ben, S for Suz, S for Sav, E for Ethan, and D for Drew. Can you tell I was bored on the way home?? Shiloh is left out... I tried to think of a way to include another S but I'm not that creative.

I actually thought it was really neat how when you spell Blessed it includes all the letters of your precious angels. I'm corny like that I guess, ha.

Anyway, I also thought of...

4 peas in a pod, what gifts from God! (maybe kinda corny??)

un4gettable

I'm not so sure about those last two. Anyway...just thought I'd share :)

Hope all of the anniversary and birthday celebrations were a blast!

Oh, and I'm in Dr. Clayton's Peds class right now..not sure if you had her, or remember her much. All I'm gonna say is that it is fun fun, haha.

Hi
I have been following you guys for a while. I am not sure how I first found your blog, but I watched and waited for your little angels to arrive. I wanted to check and see how Sav's test went. My 7 week old has Hydronephrosis (stage III) and he had the catheter test done as well as an ultrasound. At this point they see no reason for the Hydronephrosis (no reflux or blockage) but he still has it. We will just repeat ultrasounds and see what happens I guess. Hope all turns out well.
