ReplyDeleteWhat is wrong with people? If you wouldn't say it out loud, don't write it in a comment, text, email... Those are perfectly normal looking little boys. When I was little, I had an extremely large head. Luckily my mother didn't have a blog where people could insult her little girl. This is why so many bloggers are going private and that's a real shame. I get a lot of enjoyment catching up with strangers in a different part of the world that I will probably nevery visit.

I've been reading it ever since the kids were babies, and I keep checking back because I love watching them grow into the beautiful people they have become. The only thing I have noticed about your boys' heads is that they have those HUGE smiles in them 95% of the time. They look like they could light up all of Texas with their smiles and twinkling eyes. They (all four) brighten my day every time I see your new posts. And I love reading your comments...you are too funny!

I'll hope that they were trying to say something else and it came off as ignorant and rude... although I still can't figure out a nice way to take that comment. ReplyDeleteWhoever said that is jealous. You are so incredibly blessed with beautiful, BEEEAAAUUUTTTIIFFFULLL children! My hubby and I are always talking about how blessed we are our children are cute (I know, sounds snobby, but you know what I mean) and we quickly point out other kids who are "almost" as cute as ours ... lol! YOURS are most definitely CUTE - in EVERY way possible!

I tell you what, people are bold aren't they?? I went private with our blog (I'm a good friend of Jordan Adams, now Penick!) all bc some blog troll (love it) left a comment asking if I knew my kid looked like Screech. Yes, it makes me kinda chuckle now (so u can too!) : ) but the moment I read it, I seriously could not BELIEVE someone could be so horrid about a child. Yes he had a curly fro, but on PURPOSE! And why would you say that just to be mean??! So my point is, you're not the only one, and I love calling them out!! It feels so good!!!

I will add to the list of people commenting. I have been following your blog for a while now and love to read each and every new post. Your family is beautiful and sooo intriguing. How someone could say something so ugly about two precious and perfect little boys is unthinkable... I bet that troll won't be commenting around here anymore... ReplyDeleteTrolls make those comments so they can get a rise out of people which they did. Low self esteem, no friends, jealous, lots of reasons to do what they did. It had nothing really to do with the kids. The troll just knew what button to push and that button was talking about your children. It is all very said. Your children are beautiful, but no one really has to tell you that. You've known that since the minute they were born.
