The night before the kiddos birthday was like Christmas Eve! Mom and Dad were busy little bees, trying to transform the house into a magical birthday land.
Streamers on their doors… (and can I just tell you how adorable it was to hear them wake up the next day? Joe and I were giggling downstairs~ listening to all of the commotion and commentary. I sure wish I had been video taping!)
The boys found an assortment of trains and tracks waiting for them! Thank you, Craigslist!
The kids played with some of their new loot that morning while we waited for Daddy. He took off a half day and we surprised the kids with a trip to Chuck-E-Cheese. (insert Mom & Dad cringing)
I love this picture because it is so creepy! LOL. Ethan was not so sure about C. E. Cheese.
Time to play some games! (the kids were in heaven!)

Mama joining in on the fun with Ethan and Benny
Ben
Sav trying to score as many tickets as possible
Never fails.
Identical GOONS! These kids crack me up. Always up to no good and have the most high pitched voices, blabbing nonstop, that you have ever heard.
After Chuck E. Cheese, (and a family-sized carton of hand sanitizer) we headed over to the movie theaters for a little Ice Age Continental Drift. We had a blast just doing a family birthday fun day…surprising the kids all day long. (We were planning a big trip to a water park, but Ben wasn’t feeling well…maybe next year!)
Later that evening, Granna and Auntie JuJu came over bearing gifts and cupcakes!
Drew, Ben, Ethan, Sav
Sav and Ben
Cheech and Chong
Can you say~ obsessed with all things trains?!!
Love this face. Pure excitement.
Sav and her pretty princess ballerina jewelry box from Granna
This kid and his trains…
Sav opened a present she has been asking for~ for a LONG time now…a stand up mirror for her room. Little Miss Priss loves getting ready and staring at herself for hours. (tsk, tsk)
Yep, pretty much after this picture, Savannah found herself in her room for sass- mouthin’ her Mommy. Oh well, got a cute pic of the boys with their twin Grannies!
Auntie Jess and Uncle Ed spent the night as well, because the very next morning~ Mom & Dad (plus the entire Steece clan) headed out to a family vacay and wedding in Colorado for the weekend!
So, more on that later… Mama is gettin' ready for the big Quad Birthday Bash this weekend…TONS to do!

HBD to our dudes in DFW. Please tell Joe to work on his shooting form, that elbow should be 90 degrees. - Conrad
In honor of the quadruplets fifth birthday, I was wondering if you could do a q&a post, if you had the time.
Ever since I began reading your blog four years ago, I wondered about the kids names. I read the post about the final name choices (and laughed hysterically about the Andrew Stephen Steece aversion), but what would have happened if you had 3 girls and a boy? Four boys? Four girls? 2 boys and 2 girls? What were your name choices then? If you didn't have that many names picked out, which names do you like now?
Aww all the pictures are so cute!
Your kids suddenly look OLD!!!!! Super cute curly hair mama!
Too adorable!
Looking at the quads, Sav seems to look like dad (and of course Ben like mom and the identicals like dad) but then you posted once a picture of yourself as a little girl Suz, and Sav looks like you did! So what do you think? I hope she grows up to have your smile. :)
your kiddos are super cute! and getting tall. I live in the Denver-metro area!, enjoy your visit!
What a fun celebration! I love that the boys are in "same but different" Justice League t-shirts - exactly what my twins do, too!
Fun idea with the streamers, and cute hair Suz!
Where did the Thomas the train t-shirt come from? My daughter would love that! She is obsessed with Thomas.
Happy Birthday to the kiddos!! Love the hair on the boys! Ben is really looking like his Daddy these days!!
Love it! Where did you get those adorable train shirts? My son loves trains too!
Ok so I am finally going to come out of the shadows and comment. My 5 year old son is much like your 3 boys obsessed with all things Thomas the Train. I am not even kidding when I say that we probably own everything that has Thomas or any of his friends on it (trains included).
I hope your sweet ones had a fantastic birthday.
The boys look SO CUTE with their long summery hair. And Sav? Darling as always. So fun!

I just found you blog! I am so in love with your family already. You are such a great mom and with 4 kiddos to top it off. I am amazed at how you do it all.
Just checking in to see if you had posted party pics or low carb updates. Hope the party was great!! Can wait to see and hear! Man, those kids are adorable!
Happy happy Bday to you all.
That looks like a fun day. I love the idea of the streamers being there before they come out of the door as a surprise. Please stop by and link to Multiples Monday on Capri + 3 today (and each Monday). I hope to see you there.
