I'm sure you all are dying to know that tomorrow is "National Chocolate Day!" First Street Surgical (where I work), is always celebrating random holidays for fun and we are having a "Chocolate Pot Luck" all day long!...this should be interesting...
Now, I'm NOT a huge choc-o-holic...but I guarantee you that I will do my fair share of indulging my sweet tooth. I have made (Joe's fav) two chocolate silk pies with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate sprinkles! Furthermore, I have threatened my staff about "calling in" the following day, seeing as how we are all bound to have chocolate hangovers! It should be grand...;)
