Steece Quads Update

Hi everyone! This is Marcy again. I know you are all dying for an update and Suzanne and her quads, so here it is:

Suzanne's good friend Lauren went to visit this morning. She reported back that the babies are all the same as last night, no significant changes (praise God!).
Suzanne has severe anemia, but keeps a high spirit! She did get to go down late last night to see the babies, but was feeling very sick. She got a quick glimpse of her children and returned to her room to rest. Please pray for Suzanne to regain her strength.

As for the pictures of the babies, I am still waiting. I don't want to be pushy for the pics since Suzanne is not feeling well. Check back in a day or so to see if they are posted. I'm just as anxious as the rest of you!

I'll try to post another update tonight or tomorrow morning.

Keep praying and thinking of the Steece family. Thank you so much for your comments. I will print them out and take them to her tomorrow--your uplifting messages will bring a smile to her beautiful face!

THANKS again Marcy for the update. Please give Suzanne our love and the prayers will continue. She is such a strong person I am sure she will kick the anemia quickly and be up and moving again.

I don't think anyone will have a problem checking back on the page since I for one am refreshing several times a day looking for news.

We have friends, family, forever family and even acquaintances praying for the quads and family.

Please send any updates and give them all our love.

Thanks,
Mel

So glad to get a morning update! Thanks Marcy! Please give Suzanne my best wishes and prayers. Hopefully the DR. will get her feeling stronger quickly. I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say it is not a burden to check back often for updates! So many people are praying for the Steece family, and we all care very much about their health.
Thanks again!

Thanks for the update Marcy!! We really appreciate you keeping all of us in blogworld updated!!! Please let Joe and Suz know that we are praying for them and the babies. Hopefully Suz will start feeling better soon - I know she wants to be in the NICU spending as much time as possible with her little ones, but it probably takes every ounce of her strength to get out of bed and go see them -- especially since she has been bedridden for so long. She needs to take care of herself, but I know that her "mommy" maternal instincts are kicking in and it is only normal for her to want to be with her babies.
Please keep us posted as you get some more information!!!

Amazing women such as Suzanne will once again conquer this with a smile on her face. I wish all of us in this world were lucky enough to know the Steece family. Since we are not all lucky enough, smiles, positive thoughts, and prayers will have to suffice. STAY STRONG and enjoy your teeny babies, as they will be throwing birthday cake all over the house by this time next year.

PRAISE for the babies continuing to 'hold their own'. bless sweet suz for carrying them this long! i have had a c-section and know how not fun it is... i can't imagine how much harder it is on her body that has been thrown so out of whack in the past thirty weeks!
keep it up suz! soon, you will be feeling better and they won't be able to keep you out of the NICU!!!! hugs and kisses to you and your family from MISSISSIPPI!!!!

All of us at the Sylvan Springs Church of Christ who have followed the blog could not wait to see about the babies. We are continuing to pray that the NICU roller coaster is a straight arrow ride. We have a new baby at church that weighed 2-14, and she did not have one single set-back. Hopefully these babies will do the same.
