Guys, we really have the BEST team of volunteers from my church and other surrounding churches (even my church back in WACO have been helping out tremendously!!!) I needed to send a separate "shout out" to all the wonderful people who are still coming over to love on these kiddos and help me with the daily dishes, laundry, bottles, cleaning, feeding, playing...and allowing me to get out of the house! I was able to spend time with the Gerwer family yesterday, ONLY BECAUSE incredible people offered to stay at my house while I was gone ALLLLLLL DAY! (which is no little task!) Linda Gibson is the mastermind behind the organized group and I just couldn't imagine getting through these last few months without her! I also wanted to thank everyone who is still bringing food over...YES! THERE ARE PEOPLE STILL BRINGING FOOD OVER to our house! We are just overwhelmed!
If anyone is ever interested in how we got this group going...Linda and I would LOVE to talk to you about it! We got the idea from Share the Care. You can read about Linda and Marcie's story at http://www.sharethecare.org/pages/yourstories/stories/ystories_marcie_gibson.html

what an incredible blessing! i have been following you guys' story since i heard about your pregnancy and continue to be amazed with the amazing way others help and the wonderful enthusiasm you and your husband have raising 4 babies at once. i just had my first daughter and am now even more aware of how thankful i am for help! thank God for servant-hearts everywhere helping you as you guys raise precious lives for His kingdom! i hope today is a good one.
Suz, long-time blog reader here. I loved reading that you were such a support to the Gerwer famliy... that is SUCH a huge thing! God puts us in situations and brings us through them to be a blessing to others, and you are such a testament to that! What an example and blessing!
I have a favor to ask... if you have a second in ALL your free time! :) (I know it is weird for a stranger to ask a favor, but oh well.) I have dear friends at Grapevine CofC that are newly pregnant with triplets, and this news is SO overwhelming as you know! They already had a scare with one of the babies, but Drs think everything is ok for now. Here is their blog... if you could just read it, pray for them, and maybe leave them a little note of encouragement, I KNOW it would be such a blessing to them! Plus, they will need to read yours to know how to get a great support group going like you have! Anyways, read http://www.texastriple.blogspot.com/ if you get a chance!
Can't wait for pics of the head bands! :) Praying in Friendswood....

You are so blessed by God for the wonderful North Davis C of C in Arlington, Texas and other people!
All of the volunteers, captains, organizers, and other servant leaders of your church have also been a blessing for us, the grandparents. Every 2-3 weeks we see how much assistance they provide and how much the quads love them!
Your innovative, interesting writing tells an amazing story, read by 887,200 people around the world, and many of us are proud to be a small part of it, whether in person or by prayer.

Suz-long time blog reader here, and I think I need some help! You have made me a baby blog addict, and I now check on about 15 sites a day! I know.....I am a mom of one, and am writing a paper for school (masters) on the rising number of high order multiple births! I am fascinated with the topic! If you have any information that might help me (like stats or something you find amazing) I would appreciate the info from a PRO! Please feel free to contact me at jlynnlu@yahoo.com! You guys almost make me want more kids!
What an awesome story to go along with the awesome helpers you have. You really are blessed to have some extra hands around the house when you need them- and with four babies, thats pretty much all the time :) Thanks for sharing!
Hi! I know you don't know me, but I've been following your amazing story. The share to care idea is truly such an awesome idea! Your family is truly blessed. :)
I have been reading your blog for sometime and love getting your updates.
My heart skipped a beat today when reading about Linda and Marcie Gibson for Share the Care. Marcie was my 5th grade cheerleading coach and I have not heard much about how she was doing since she was diagnosed and it was so great to read her story! Thanks for sharing and it is a small world!

Suz,
I just read about Linda and Marcie's story. That is awesome and very touching!! I wish we would have had something like that in place when our guys where born. We had help but it was nothing compared to what you guys have and with having 4 year old twins at home along with the babies that would have been nice. You guys have truly been blessed with wonderful volunteers and that is awesome. God is so good!!
Deanna
wonderful website--thanks for sharing it.
Suz-
THANKS! Saw what you wrote to Sam and Hollee... thanks for doing that for strangers! :)

Went to check out the great work that Linda Gibson is doing and she said on her blog that she is getting ready to org. another group for another quad family (Gerwer's????) If so I am interested in helping them out. Will you be posting more on this? Any feed back that you can give me finding a good way to plug in and help them would be great.
Blessings!
Melissa
I wondered how you were able to go to Dallas! I'm so envious!!! :) We serve an awesome God who truly knows the things we need, right? It seems like we're always focused on material things when asking for God's help but sometimes it's the ability to just get out of the house that feels like a huge hug from above.;) Thanks for all of your updates, I love checking in on the six of you. You are often in our prayers and it's wonderful to see God answer them. Lots of love, Mari & crew
hi suzanne - i clicked on your blog from adrianna walker's. i have been a bit captivated by your story with those 4 beautiful babies! what a story!! my husband and i moved from waco a little over a year ago to colorado springs for him to finish grad school. i just wanted to write a quick note to let you know i am praying for you and those babies! what an amazing job He has given you!!
God is so good! He doesn't give us more than we can handle and he provides us with what we need. Share the Care is a wonderful idea for every church.
