Exiting News About the Cranial Bands!!!!

Miss Savannah just LOOOOOVES wearing her cranial band SOOO much, that when I told her she only had **ONE WEEK** left in it...she threw a FIT!

"I'm sorry Miss Priss...you can only wear the band for one more week. Mommy is putting her foot down!"

That's right folks!! ONE MORE WEEK! WOO HOO!! I will post before and after pics, don't worry. You still might not be able to tell with PICTURES...but WE can TOTALLY see a difference and it has been amazing!
Next Wednesday will be a BIG day! During our exit appointment, we will be taking "after pictures" and re-casting another head mold (with plaster---just like the first appointment) to compare the beginning with the end. Should be a good 'ole crazy time! There will be one adult per child, so it should go smoothly. Drew hates it the most!!! Poor baby...LOOOOONG naps take place for the rest of the afternoon! (for Mommy too!)

Of all the things that I could say right now (.....how I am so excited that the kiddos only have one week left in the bands.....how cute ALL the babies are (though, I say that like, every time I comment--that one's not original)....how I love miss Savannah's bows....)

the thing I really just can't get past is: How much I wish I could be there to snatch up miss Savannah's clothes at your rummage sale someday! :-) I'm seriously so jealous of the woman who gets to do that--I'll admit it!

I just can't help it--her stuff is sooooo cute! (Doesn't hurt that she models them so well either.)

Wishing I lived closer!! :-)

p.s. Good luck next Wednesday...can't wait to see the before/afters!

I'm amazed at how much their heads grow in 6 weeks - it's amazing to me that it only took that short amount of time. It's just crazy how much they change on a daily basis. I heard you're working on a Waco visit...here's hoping that it happens!

Sooo cute! How wonderful you did this early and for only a few weeks. Our NICU baby didn't do his band until he was 8 months old and then had to wear it for 4 months over the summer! Our pediatrician kept saying "his head will round out as he grows" yeah right, it didn't on his own. Thankfully my sis is also a pediatrician and said get it done! It really can affect eyesight and so much more than aesthetics!
Your babies are absolutely beautiful!

Don't you just love Babylegs? We have that EXACT same pair! We're getting a little old for onesies, so we started wearing them under the soft dresses from Babystyle (www.babystyle.com). She gets TONS of compliments!

That is AWESOME news!! And what perfectly little round heads they have! I'm so glad to see that the cranial bands worked. We get ours sometime in the next few days- only our babies will have to wear them for 4 months or so. Ugh. Oh well, as long as they work, I don't care!
Love the pics as usual. :)

joanna! thanks for stopping by...read below:
The ebay seller's store is http://stores.ebay.com/bows-n-stuff

and to everyone who has written about sav's onesie! i wish i could be more help...my mom bought it for her at a children's clothing "gala" (where vendors come from all over and meet in one big place) and i have no idea which little vendor it was. i will ask her, but i doubt she remembers. i tried to look and see if there was a tag, but it had been cut out (i'm guessing they bought a plain namebrand onesie and put the lettering on there themselves)...i will try to find out for you! EVERY diva deserves a "miss priss" onesie, complete with crystals on it!

Your kiddos are beauiful! I too look at your blog daily, along with thousands of others (haha). My daughter is a month older than your quads so I kept up with your pregnancy throughout my own. After having my daughter and being away from a computer I had to ask a friend about you and your babies to keep me updated..ha. They are truly a gift from God!
