Quadruplets Wild for Waco

We had a wonderful weekend with the quads while in Waco! (WOW, that's a lot of "W"s!) They were great passengers in the burb! WOO HOO!

Headin for the zoo with Lauren and James. Lar is one of my best friends since 6th grade and it was so fun to take our child/children to the zoo together! (Isn't she beautiful!?) That was a first for me and I LOVED it!

I think I had more fun while at the zoo than the kiddies! I LOOOOVE zoos and museums, etc. It was also fun--being a little animal exhibit ourselves! My favorite comment was from the little kids that would stop and say, "WHOOOOAAAA....momma they gotta LOT of kids!"....Another favorite was when a mom was telling her little girl to look at all the babies and the little girl replied, "mama...I want one!" I just about died laughing as the mom walked away shaking her head.

The babies LOVED the underground aquarium with all the fishies...it reminded them of their nighttime fishie aquarium toy attached to their crib! Very cool...

Look at Ben's cheesy grin...the babies can't keep anything out of their mouths...bless their hearts- they are teething like crazy! Joe and Granna with quads.

Is this not a gorgeous picture of a lion that my dad took? Lions are such incredibly beautiful creatures. I just want to go up and pet his mane...He looks friendly, right??!! Love this pic.

Exhausted from being out and about like regular little 9 month olds! Sav has officially checked OUT!

I love this picture. My dad caught me holding Benny's hand as we walked. So cute...

Jodi with Savannah and Ben...Sav was all ready for the zoo in her little giraffe dress! The babies LOVED Jodi!

Oh my gosh! Don't you want to just pat that little behind that is sticking up in the air??? Sweet boys...Ethan on Left, Drew in stripes

Church was so much fun. It was so neat to take the babies to the place where so many people had been praying for them--before they were even born! Such a special day for us. Mrs. Litton with Savannah...Lauren, Me, and Ben

Mrs. Hall, me, and Sav...yep, Sav only lasts about 10-15 minutes in church before she decides that she is tired, has had enough, and wants everyone to know about it!

The twins getting some good luvin'...Ethan in blue, Andrew in green...I don't think they'll ever know a stranger, or be able to keep shoes on for more than 10 minutes!

Mrs. Murphy with Ben...he had the women in stitches....performing for the crowd like he always does--that crazy little Benny Bear

Granna with the boys...Drew (striped pants), Ethan, and Ben...I can't believe how big they are getting!...my little men

Trying to get one good outside pic with the quads before we change clothes and head home...

Hooray for babies that hold their own bottles and don't spit up anymore!...One of the best Mother's day/ Birthday presents EVER! ;)

(9 month old check ups this week!!!! Can't wait to see how heavy my little baby bowling balls are! Mama's arms are definitely getting a workout!)

What a fun weekend you had. You are so lucky to have great little travellers. The pic with your mom and the babies - we have that same couch. Funny to see it in TX. and looking much cleaner. Have a good week and Happy Early Mothers Day.

I love the pic of you holding their hand in the stroller.
I'm so impresed yours are already holding their own bottle, mine never did learn it we had to use straw sippies forever after bottles because they wouldn't or couldn't tip them up!

I am so ready for Bri to hold her own bottle! Totally jealous :o) Haha! That's probably not fair, but still. She seems to think milk is not milk unless Mommy is feeding her.

I found you through Midwest Mommy and I like the others just had to comment.

Wow and Wow, your children are beautiful and (again like someone else said) documenting this way will prove to be a great trip down memory lane as each milestone hits.

GOOD JOB!

Hello there Suzanne! My name is Joy and I went to high school with your cousin Brittany Michael Wardlow - and have been keeping up with your blog pretty much since the quads were born! I am sorry I have been a silent fan up until now, but I just wanted to say that you and your husband have the most BEAUTIFUL children on God's green earth!! I really enjoy reading your posts and seeing the pictures - even though I don't know you or your family, you write your blogs to make the reader feel like they've been a member of the family forever! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and tell you how much I enjoy your blog! :) I pray for you guys daily, and I hope the good Lord continues to bless all six of you (and family and volunteers) every day! Take care!

P.S. I have a blog too - while not as exciting as yours, I do write occasionally! joyous54.blogspot.com

I seriously looove museums, zoo's etc - must say you are very brave to go with the 4 - I only took my daughter at 2 years the first time. The twins will go sooner. Love your blog - have ben reading it for the last month or 2.
