Great video!! You guys are doing such a great job of documenting your babies lives and your lives with them....I am a mom to twins and I'm overwhelmed sometimes in trying to make sure they have "normal" lives and that they each get their own special memories. Great job!!

Hi there!

I have been following your fam's blog ever since your beautiful babe's were born and I simply can not keep quiet any longer! haha. As a soon-to-be first time mommy myself, this video almost has me in tears! Suz - you and Joe remind me a lot of me and my hubby and I just can't wait to see the love of my life become a dad for the first time. I know he is going to be such a wonderful, loving father and I am certain I am going to fall in love with him all over again! We are 8 months pregnant now and anxiously awaiting the birth of our first son, and I just want to thank you for sharing all the love that your family has for one another with the rest of us! I have told my husband about your blog before and he has mixed emotions about me "lurking" into your lives when we don't even know you! LOL. I can certainly understand that, as I think it is kind of weird too! However, I am going to MAKE him watch this video tonight. I know he will tear up just like I did! haha. Okay, enough with the novel. Just wanted to finally reveal myself and say that your family is absolutely precious. God Bless! Steph, from Arkansas. :)

Long time reader, first time blogger. I check your blog almost everyday for updates and I have to say you guys are wonderful. As a mother of 2, I cant imagine how hard it must be to juggle everything times four. I wanted to tell you that the video was awesome and you have a wonderful family.

By the way, who sings the song on the video? Great song!

Suz,

SUCH A SWEET TRIBUTE TO THE QUAD DADDY!!!! I am smiling and just feel all warm and snuggly inside...my favorite is when Joe is going back and forth between two of the kiddos, maybe the twins, in the swings, kissing one and then the other....oh, so sweet! What a great thing for him to cherish for years to come! Sorry I didn't text you back...not long after I got your text a tornado hit Childress, go figure, so our cell service has been so-so and we've been cleaning up and trying not to DIE of heat exhaustion and no AC bc the electricity is out...but it's FINALLY back...woo hoo! Anyway, I will post all about it later! Thanks for asking about the baby progress...two IUI's and no success yet, so we're taking a break but have SO MUCH FAITH that God's plan is bigger than ours! We are hopeful and thanks for the prayers!

Suzanne,
I know you don't remember me at all, but I am continually amazed at what a small world it is. A friend sent me a link to your blog that she had discovered through a friend of a friend. I opened the link and knew you looked so familiar. I found the post of the "history of Joe & Suz" and then it all clicked. I hired you and Lauren at Hastings one summer back in the day. Wild, I know! I told my friend the connection and we both commented how crazy it is. Anyways, I'm loving reading all about your lives and wish you the best. God bless!

Well Joe got a late Fathers Day gift- KG and the Celtics won the championship. I know he would have rather seen KG get it with the T-Wolves.

I used to work for the Timberwolves so I am definitely excited for KG.

Your blog is such a wonderful tribute to the life you have made. I got the link from a friend and have sat in Panera for 2 hours reading past posts (As you can tell, I do NOT have four babies to take care of!) I have loved reading it. Yours is such an inspiring story and I love how you and Joe parent with such an awareness of God's plan for you. I will definitely be back to read more!

hey :) I'm Rachel...I've been reading for almost a year now, way to intimidated by the size of the situation to think I had anything to offer, however...I thought you should know what an amazing family you have. I'm sure people tell you all the time, but its still very true, and your life is an example to me that people can go through alot and make it safely to the other side. To sum it up...God is wonderful, and amazing. :)
xx

I've been reading for probably a year now, right before your babies were born. Its taken me alot to work up the courage to comment amid the hustle and bustle of real life friends. Alas here I am, hehe. I just wanted to tell you at least once how much I admire you. Your life and your husband's life proves to me that people can go through a whole lot and come out alive and well on the other side. What I'm trying to say ever so delicately is that you and your husband are amazing people, and I am so happy just to have gotten the chance to take it all in from the sidelines. It has made me laugh bucketfuls and cry too. All in all I love you guys in a normal, not stalkerish sense, and I know God will bless you infinitely :) xx

I'm a blog stalker and have never commented before but I can't help but comment after watching that tear jerker video. What an amazing daddy and he looks like he was a natural from the beginning. Most guys aren't a natural with 1, so to be a natural with 4 is pretty amazing! You have a beautiful family.

Kristy said...

Yep, definitely sitting in my office crying right now. Great job with the video, Suz, I'm impressed! Happy late Father's Day to Joe, we love you all. Should be seeing you relatively soon, we're headed to Texas for a week in July!
