Thank you all SO much for the kind words and prayers! Sav's test went much better than the first go 'round! Now, her father will tell you that it was ALL because of HIS presence this time! Ha! Okay, so he patted her chest while I gently rocked her head--team effort...but the true life saver was this little dear:
I don't know why I didn't think of it the first time! Savannah LOVES her fishies and she goes to sleep with them every night. See the video of the first night Sav experienced her "aquarium" (when she was only 5 months old)
She finally cried so hard, she passed out while watching her little fishy swim back and forth with the music playing. WHEW! Poor baby girl! We will know the results a week from Monday! Thanks again for your prayers--we appreciate them more than you could ever know.

whew, i'm SO glad it went better this time! what a great idea to bring her fishies along. savannah's got the parents of the year:)
It is tough seeing little ones go through pain. Especially when they don't understand it yet. Thank god it went better. We will keep you in our prayers.
Well, I'm glad it went better than last time. Although the thought of her crying herself to sleep while they did her test makes me sad. :( I hope the results are okay.
I've never seen those wedges! Is that something special or are they widely available now? My baby is only 3..am I already out of touch?
loved coming over last night to get my "baby fix" and talking with you Aunt,Uncle and your Mom - see you Sunday - I hope - L
So glad it went better this time! My six month old LOVES his fishies too, in fact we had to go out for batteries today, it was a bad night without it! Praying for good results.
I'm so glad things went better-poor baby girl and poor you and Joe! I know it must be heartbreaking to watch her go through that stuff. :0(
She's just so precious watching her lil' fish!
I'm glad it went well! (HI! I'm a lurker and rarely comment because I'm a snob.)
She looks SO adorable watching her fish!!
I even LOVE the fish machine ;) Glad this time went better!

We have an almost 1 year old and she too loves the fishes..never thought about making it a "take along" toy.
God bless!
So glad that this round went better. Our youngest had a lot of testing done right around the 10 month mark and I remember how horrible you feel as a parent. That there is just nothing you can seem to do. Many hugs to you on that one.
Tehehe. . . we had the first generation of that toy -- I see it still makes that squeaky sound. Not sure how babies go to sleep with it, but ours loved it too. Loved the video of Sav watching it.
That is so cute, how long did she watch them before she fell asleep? Maybe this is a stupid question.. but why did they sleep on wedges? Should all babies sleep this way, or was there a special reason yall used them? First time expectant mom questions....
I'm so glad things went better this time. The video is so cute and good thinkin' on your part Suz for bringing that along!
Hugs to you all!
Praise God it was better this time around...huge blessing!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the video of her...what a precious little girl! Still praying for you all!
Hi, my name is Sloan. My best friend in the whole world has a link to your blog. Her sister went to Harding and I'm guessing that's how she knows you. Anyway that is how I found my way to your blog. I have become a regular reader. LOVE your blog. LOVE your little Steece's Piece's (the title I voted on, by the way). I have never posted a comment but finally had to say, You have a beautiful Family!!! You guys are so precious. So positive and uplifting all the time (not to mention hilarious). I always look forward to checking your blog b/c I know it will make me smile. So thank you. Thank you for the smiles and the inspiration to be positive when I'm having a hard day with my little two I have (8 and 4).
Love your precious smiling babies!!
Sloan
Thank goodness it went better this time around and we will be praying for all of you while you wait on the test results. What a great idea about bringing the fish!
BRILLIANT idea on taking Savannah's favorite toy that puts her to sleep.
Glad everything went well and it's all over. Whew!

We're praying for Lil Savannah!
That fish toy looks hypnotizing, I don't blame her for loving it! Our "baby crack" that works for us is ELMO dvds. Has saved us many of times int he past and I don't know how mother's in the "Ole" days kept their sanity without the latest modern technology that we have now.
Keep us posted about the beautiful little doll. Love the pics of her in the blog below!
Love your blog and admire the love you have for each other and your precious babies. I hope you had a great Father's day and enjoyed some special family time.
I'm glad it went better this time. You have absolutely beautiful children!
I'm so glad it went well! Y'all have been in my prayers.
I ran across your blog from a friends and I just want to say I am hooked. I love reading about your family. You guys are so cute and so brave. I live in Las Vegas and I am a stay at home mom. Reading your blog makes me feel like I can do anything. I figure, if she can stay sane with 4, I sure can with 1! Thanks for letting me peak into your world!
