A couple of weeks ago, Mama needed a break! Joe took the kids down to Austin and I hosted a girls relaxing weekend at my house. We were also able to celebrate the birthdays of these fine ladies!
Jany (mom) on the left and Judy (aunt) on the right!
Cousin Martha might as well be a triplet, because her bday is a few days later and they all look the same! XO

Thank you so much for praying for Mom.
She will be having a PET scan and MRI at MDAnderson tomorrow in Houston. Once we get the results, we will know exactly how to proceed in treating her cancer. I’ll keep you updated.

I read your blog all the time, but rarely comment. I love your spirit and so enjoy reading your posts...I also loved you on the Texas Multi-Mama's show! I am so sorry to hear about your Mom...timing of such things is never good, but it really seems you have your hands full. What a special blessing for you to be able to organize a girly weekend and spend some much needed quality/down time with your Mom and the girls/close fam.
Sending lots of positive thoughts & energy your way - Mindy Darrow
I just love seeing pictures of your mom and your aunt. They are so darn cute!!! Continued prayers for her!
