EEEEEEEEK! Cringe. Nerves…

So, tonight is the night…

Tonia Tomlin, Teryn Todd, Stephanie Williams, Candace Hickey, Casey Gerwer, Suz Steece

Tuesday, December 27 at 7p & 8p (CST) on the WE channel.

The network will air the first two episodes back to back, and then repeat the episodes at 9p & 10p (CST).

In other extremely strange and surreal news~ if you happen to be walking by the newest edition of “OK Magazine”…

12 december 2011 394

…you will see this:

I think there is also an article of one of my interviews in the Fort Worth Star Telegram today, but I haven’t seen it yet.

I’ve created a “PUBLIC” facebook page for the show to keep you up on new press and whatnot. Here is the link if you want to “LIKE” it:

Suz Steece (Texas Multi Mama)

And my Twitter account (for show purposes):

@SuzSteece

My girls and I will be tweeting during the live episodes---that should be interesting! So, we can give you OUR OWN version of events! Ha.

We will also be blogging on the Texas Multi Mamas website about each episode~ to give you our different “takes” on what happened.

Oh man…nervous…Not of how I conducted myself---just nervous to see all of it, ya know? (Have I ever mentioned how much I hate girl drama? LOL)

And so glad to have had my blog buddies here way before any of this. You guys mean the world to me.

Hugs, y’all!

I have enjoyed reading your blog for a while now!! Cannot wait to see your show tonight. You are such an amazing mom and inspiration to me. I'm currently in the hospital on bedrest with twins. I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to carry four babies. Way to go mama!!!

Can't wait to see it! I have all set to record! =) XO Love your blog!

Will definitely have to record it! Long time reader, first time commenter! "Reality shows" are always so funny/interesting so I'm eagerly anticipating it and hoping they stay true to how sweet and funny you are (of course I only know this from your blog, although I feel like I know you in real life)! I'm 20 and a college student, so somewhat outside your average reader demographic I'm sure haha, but I love reading! So excited to see y'all on TV, and hope Miss Savannah is feeling better!

that's awesome! Did you announce this earlier on your blog? I must have missed it! So exciting!

Congrats! This is very exciting for your family. A new local celebrity. I look forward to watching.

So, I stumbled on your blog a few months ago and was extremely excited to see how life even managed to function at your house. Granted I have two kids (2 1/2 and 1) and watch my nephew (2 1/2) but FOUR all the same age! I've been impressed. Anyways, I clicked on the WE website link, took a quiz, and found out this:
Mostly Bs, You're Suz. For someone with a lot on your plate, you're pretty relaxed. You go through your day with a smile and prefer to keep the drama as far away as possible.
I have to say, I was quite flattered! I can't wait to watch tonight!!!

im in England and cant watch :( oh well congratulations! (if thats the best word...) :)

I have been following your blog ever since your babies were born! A fellow blogger friend also followed your blog, so I've been along for the ride BEFORE the blogHER days and whatnot. I'm really excited for you! I've been to the show's website. Can I just say that you are so friggin' adorable?!?! Based on the show's sneak peaks, you are the most level-headed of the bunch. And, so far you are probably the only one I could manage to be friends with in real life. LOL. Maybe Casey, too--since I trust your judgement and she's your real life bestie. LOL. Reading the written word on your blog for so long, it's interesting to SEE the real Suz. I have to say that it all meshes together perfectly. Your demeanor (Relaxed, positive attitude, drama-free, etc) shows what I'm proud to see, which is a God-fearing and Jesus-loving woman. Without saying a word, other believers can hear and see God's love! God Bless Suz!!

So bummed!!! I have been following your blog since right before the quads were born. I was excited when you announced that the show was starting, but I just found out that we don't get that network!! We have like 800 channels, but NOT WE!!! Hopefully I can watch online. Good luck with your nerves tonight. I have a feeling you will be the mom that every mom in America wishes they could be ;)

Trina said...

I've got my dvr set and I am so excited! You are amazing and I know your amazing light for Jesus will shine as it always has on your blog! Hugs!

Suzanne, do you know if there is anyplace online that they are streaming this or anything like that. I don't have the channel its airing on but REALLY want to see it.

I'm totally hoping someone posts all the episodes on youtube or something. I was planning on watching it (been reading your blog for a few months, but I've read it all the way through. LOL), but sadly, I don't get the channel.

Hi Suzanne! I've never commented before, but I've been reading your blog for a long time! Just wanted to say that I loved the show tonight! You are so classy and really stood out. The show is so fun to watch! Can't wait to see the rest of the season! Your babies are precious...and Savannah's sweet little voice, oh my! :)

I watched it and I loved it!!! I can't wait to see more of you and your beautiful family on the big screen :)

OMG! I was just flipping channels (I'm at my folks, so I actually have cable access) and I just saw you! Wow, congrats on the show!! How exciting!

becka said...

Can this show be watched online? IF so, where? Also, were all you ladies best friends for years before the show or did you just meet for the show?

Emily said...

I hate to tell you but there is someone on a site I belong to (Daily Strength) named QuadMomma4 aka Kassandra Garza, that has been pretending to be you, has some of your family pics in her profile etc. I realized this when I saw you on your show. By the way, I loved seeing all of your beautiful kids on the show and all the fun you guys have! I have boy/girl twins who are 13 months old and the craziness never ends! Much love to you all!

Kimberly said...

I have both on DVR! I have also been reading your blog since way back when. Congratulations to you on this opportunity to represent all of us "everyday" moms out there. TV needs someone like you!!

Here is the link to the woman using your children's pictures. I can't believe anyone would do this.

I hope sweet Savi is feeling better. I loved the show last night! When you said you had "been through the surgery before," did you mean you had breast augmentation or you observed one as a nurse. No judgement, I've had one. Just wondering if that's what you meant.

Anonymous said...

Wow that faker even used your kids real names. What a dummy! Why even try to be someone else? And if so I'd choose to be a supermodel instead of a housewife from Texas. Lol

Lila-Nikol said...

I watched and I loved loved loved it! I wish they would show more of you and the others and not focus so much on Candace and Stephanie; maybe on the coming episodes. I have been reading your blog for years, so it was so cool to see you and your family in action. I will be watching every week.

Kimberly M. said...

Wow, I just checked out "your" fake page that someone posted the link to! That's messed up, I can't believe someone would do that. Also, if you look at it, she is saying they are only 2 years and 3 months....people irritate me. Sorry this has happened to you. It's not right.

Candy said...

The first blog post of yours that I ever read was when you announced you were having quads---long time reader! You did awesome on the show--great job!!! :)

Amanda said...

I stumbled upon your blog when you were pregnant, and have been reading ever since. When I read about the show, I was so excited to see your family on TV. Kind of like the book vs. the movie! I was suprised how much DRAMA the show focused on. Can't say I'm really in to the drama. Although, I really like watching you and Casey.

I have also been a long time reader. Loved watching the show, especially hearing sweet Savs voice when you were talking to her about the hospital.

i dvr'd it and am watching now!! i loved it! boy that stephanie... shew!

i really love how you approached her and sought peace rather than gossip. that was amazing, and it confirmed exactly who i thought you were from reading your blog. you are a great mom and godly woman, and i love how much you love your husband.

congrats on your show, how fun!!

Anonymous said...

I LOVED the show!! Sure wish there had been more of you less of the drama from Candace and Stefanie but I guess they feel like that makes the show more interesting. There are some of us that fast forward thru the drama!! Loved your moment with Sav before surgery. I am a mom of twins (girl/boy) and my daughter also had the eye surgery so I can relate to your story.

You inspire me!! Just when I feel like being a mom of twins is hard I think of you!

Warmest regards,
Tiffany McPheron

Congrats!!! I've been reading your blog for a few years, and it's crazy that you are now on television. I will try to remember to throw it on my DVR. Of all the things I've taken away from your blog though, you seem to have GREAT character and GREAT faith, and your kids are adorable. I hope this is a good thing for your family, God bless!

Loved the show! And love your blog! Hope Sav is feeling better and that y'all get good results at her follow-up appt. Thanks for always being real Suz and for setting such a good example for others.

Saw the show! I was watching with my daughter totally excited until B**** was thrown out there with the feuding mamas, and OOPS, turned it off for her. That's ok, I should've known. Hope you're having fun with the show, and getting plenty of fun feedback too.

After seeing the fairly public demise of other reality tv families do you have any concerns about doing the show and exposing your children to the spotlight?

I watched the premier and although much like yourself I could do without all of the girl drama I loved seeing how all of you moms handle your multiples.

Savannah said...

We upgraded our cable package so I can watch your show. :) Love so much that you stand for and your adorable kiddos. Long time reader and excied to watch your show!

Amanda said...

I watched the shows and I loved it! I think they focused a bit too much on the drama, but that's what sells right? I've been reading your blog for a long time (I'm from Arlington) and it was great to see you on tv, as well as some familiar places from home! :) I think you handled the drama very classy!

SO glad you've been posting the links on FB... not sure I'd be able to watch otherwise.

SO excited for you!

I recorded the show and finally watched it, and I love it! You and your family are super cute on the blog and even cuter in 'real' life. Thank you for sharing your story and being so open. I love reading your blog daily and now watching the show weekly.

Annetta said...

Oh Suz, I am afraid for the direction of the show. I watched it online and I just can't bear it. It's hardly anything to do with being a mom, which was the big draw for me at least. I am sure they will feature more of the moms in future episodes, but I won't be watching anymore. To start off a new series with someone like Stephanie highlighted...it can only get worse from here. I can barely handle the drama in my own life much less borrowing drama from a freak like Stephanie! I'm really glad I can still read your blog but I am very disappointed in the show. :(

It is a great show because you are on it. I love hearing your voice as I "heard" it in my head the past few years reading your blog.

The shows were AWESOME Suz!! You conducted yourself as always with the dignity and respect!! LOVE that we get to "see" you in "real" life!! :-) I have followed you on here since the begining and love getting to watch you on the show now!! xxoo
